Manager – Development Financial Analysis (RES8)

The company is seeking to shape our financial strategy for development projects within the Hospitality Team. This role involves comprehensive financial planning, analysis, and modeling to evaluate investment opportunities and conduct feasibility studies. You will collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders to deliver financial strategies that balance risk and opportunity, ensuring project success and alignment with the company’s vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor macroeconomic trends, tourism developments, and hotel sector dynamics to inform investment decisions
• Perform financial analysis for new development projects and investment opportunities, including NPV, IRR, and payback assessments
• Assist Development and HBU teams with project planning, financial analysis, and performance tracking
• Act as a point of contact for financial and performance-related inquiries across HBU and other stakeholders
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and completeness in all financial models and feasibility studies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Hotel Management, Applied Mathematics, or a related field
• 3–6 years of experience in financial analysis, feasibility studies, and investment modeling, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or consulting
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to produce structured, executive-ready outputs
