About The Role:
This pivotal position requires leadership in building secure, scalable platforms rapidly and effectively. The role encompasses capabilities across digital platforms, particularly Adobe-based web platforms and native mobile applications (iOS & Android).

You will define the strategy, standards, and tooling while leading a distributed team embedded within product squads to deliver secure, automated, and scalable solutions aligned with enterprise standards. Responsibilities include defining and owning the DevSecOps capability roadmap and driving the evolution of CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and platform capabilities across Adobe web platforms and mobile applications.

Partnership with product and engineering leaders is essential to embed DevSecOps across the end-to-end product lifecycle, alongside the setup, configuration, and ongoing management of modern development environments and platforms.

About You:

• Degree qualified with a minimum of 7 years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, or Platform Engineering.
• Strong background in Adobe platforms and mobile CI/CD pipelines, with hands-on experience in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containers, and automation tooling.
• Proven ability to lead distributed and platform engineering teams, along with advanced knowledge of Angular frameworks, web applications, and UI/UX principles.
