Manager, Digital Enterprise Resource Planning Platforms

The Manager, Digital Enterprise Resource Planning Platforms will plan and manage the delivery and availability of Enterprise Resource Planning Solutions (One ERP) and services critical to the company’s core business areas. The role involves managing operational activities of digital platforms and adopting modern technologies to transform the digital landscape, resulting in cost savings and efficiencies in line with Group Digital and Cybersecurity standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the operational delivery of Group-wide programs and projects in compliance with Function delivery standards.
• Establish a customer-focused culture within the Enterprise Resource Planning Solutions section capable of managing numerous IT services and complexity.
• Ensure the development, implementation, and maintenance of high-quality, cost-effective Enterprise Resource Planning Solutions deemed critical to business operations.
• Lead the implementation of the Enterprise Resource Planning Solutions and services related roadmaps and ensure alignment with the company’s business strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent business studies.
• Minimum of 15 years of IT experience, including at least 8 years in progressively increasing managerial responsibilities in IT.
• Strong project management exposure for large/long-term IT projects in IT solutions development and IT services management.
• Preferred experience as a managing consultant from a top-tier IT consultancy firm.
