As an AI Engineering Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, scalable AI solutions that support our clients' financial and operational decision-making. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the development and deployment of intelligent systems using modern AI tools, such as large language models (LLMs), GenAI platforms, and cloud-native services. This role may require travel based on project needs, and you will collaborate with clients across the MENA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI and GenAI solutions across various industries.
- Manage project teams delivering AI use cases, ensuring compliance with business requirements and governance standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize high-impact AI implementation opportunities.
- Guide the adoption of LLM and GenAI technologies, driving innovation in financial document analysis, reporting automation, and virtual assistants.
- Support proposal development and business development initiatives across MENA while staying current with AI trends and tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related).
- Solid hands-on experience in AI/ML solutions using Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Familiarity with GenAI tools (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, HuggingFace) and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Experience integrating LLMs and GenAI into workflows and managing the full AI lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, data privacy, and responsible AI practices.
- Fluent in Arabic is a plus.
