You will lead multidisciplinary teams within the Data & AI division, focusing on AI Engineering and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions. As an AI Engineering Manager, you will oversee the development and deployment of intelligent systems using modern AI tools including large language models (LLMs), GenAI platforms, and cloud-native services. Your leadership will ensure that AI-driven solutions are designed responsibly and generate measurable value for clients. The role will be based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with remote support for MENA client engagements, and may require travel based on project needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI and GenAI solutions across industries.
- Manage project teams delivering AI use cases, ensuring compliance with governance standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify high-impact AI implementation opportunities.
- Guide the adoption of LLM and GenAI technologies while ensuring solutions are scalable and aligned with compliance needs.
- Support proposal development and business development initiatives across MENA.

- Familiarity with GenAI tools such as OpenAI and enterprise GenAI platforms.
- Practical experience integrating LLMs and GenAI into workflows.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for deploying ML solutions.
- Understanding of ethical AI and data privacy practices.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel when required.
Language Requirement: Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
