Your responsibilities will include overseeing the development and deployment of intelligent systems using modern AI tools, including large language models (LLMs) and cloud-native services, while ensuring that these solutions are designed responsibly and generate measurable value for clients. You will also mentor junior professionals and contribute to the growth of our AI offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI and GenAI solutions across various industries.
- Manage project teams to deliver AI use cases that meet business requirements and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities for AI implementation.
- Guide the adoption of LLM and GenAI technologies and drive innovation in financial document analysis, reporting automation, and virtual assistants.
- Support proposal development and business development initiatives across the MENA region, while staying updated with AI trends.

Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Solid managerial experience in building and deploying AI/ML solutions using Python and frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Familiarity with GenAI tools such as OpenAI and enterprise GenAI platforms (e.g., Azure OpenAI).
- Experience integrating LLMs and GenAI into workflows like document summarization and chatbots.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for deploying ML solutions.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, data privacy, and responsible AI practices.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel as required.
- Ideally, you’ll have consulting experience with a top-tier firm and domain knowledge in sectors such as Government, Healthcare, and Financial Services.
- Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
