About the Job:
In Financial Accounting & Advisory Services (FAAS) within Assurance, we assist our clients in addressing accounting and financial reporting challenges. As a part of the Data & AI team, you will focus on AI Engineering and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions. In your role as an AI Engineering Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, scalable AI solutions that support our clients’ financial and operational decision-making. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the development and deployment of intelligent systems using modern AI tools, including large language models (LLMs) and GenAI platforms.

You will play a key role in mentoring junior professionals, shaping strategic AI transformation initiatives, and growing our AI offerings. This includes guiding the adoption of LLM and GenAI technologies in areas such as financial document analysis and reporting automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI and GenAI solutions across diverse industries.
- Manage project teams delivering AI use cases that meet business requirements and comply with governance standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize high-impact AI implementation opportunities.
- Work with data engineers, architects, and business consultants to integrate AI models into broader enterprise ecosystems.
- Provide support for proposal development and business development initiatives across MENA.
- Stay current with evolving AI trends, frameworks, and tools.

Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science).
- Hands-on experience in building and deploying AI/ML solutions using Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch.
- Familiarity with GenAI tools and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Experience in managing the full AI lifecycle and a strong understanding of ethical AI practices.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel as required.
- Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
