About the Job:
In Financial Accounting & Advisory Services (FAAS) within Assurance, we assist clients in addressing accounting and financial reporting challenges. You will be part of a team that provides insights and services that enhance analytics, decision-making, and innovation to create a stronger and more efficient finance function.
This opportunity is within our Data & AI team, focusing on AI Engineering and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions. As an AI Engineering Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, scalable AI solutions that support our clients’ financial and operational decision-making. You will oversee the development and deployment of intelligent systems using modern AI tools, including large language models (LLMs), GenAI platforms, and cloud-native services.
Your leadership will ensure that AI-driven solutions are responsibly designed and generate measurable value for our clients. You will also play a key role in growing our AI offerings, mentoring junior professionals, and shaping strategic AI transformation initiatives in collaboration with Directors and Partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI and GenAI solutions across diverse industries while managing project teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities for AI implementation.
- Integrate AI models into broader enterprise ecosystems, guiding the adoption of LLM and GenAI technologies.
- Stay current with evolving AI trends, frameworks, and tools to help shape AI capabilities and offerings at the organization.

Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related).
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions using Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Familiarity with GenAI tools and practical experience integrating LLMs and GenAI into workflows.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for deploying ML solutions.
- A strong understanding of ethical AI, data privacy, and responsible AI practices.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel as required.
- Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
