The Digital Partnerships Manager is responsible for driving strategic engagement with a variety of digital partners, including Government, Academia, Corporates, and Fintech partners. Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining the 3-year strategy roadmap for partners within assigned portfolios.
  • Account management and strategy definition, ensuring business value from partnerships.
  • Collaborating with internal business leaders and external partners to optimize investments and co-create future solutions.
  • Establishing strong relationships with partners and managing outsourced vendors.
  • Leading regular steering committee meetings and stakeholder management.
  • Documenting business processes and maintaining data confidentiality.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in Account Management or Digital Partnership Management within enterprise organizations.
  • Strong understanding of banking domains, particularly in at least two business verticals.
  • Familiarity with Technical Application Architecture, Security, and compliance.
  • Relevant digital and technical skills in business and technology management.
  • Excellent leadership, strategic orientation, analytical thinking, and innovation skills.

This role is ideal for those with an IT-based degree or relevant equivalent experience, along with certifications such as Prince 2, PMP, or ITIL. Proficiency in Arabic may be preferred.
