The Digital Partnerships Manager will develop a strategic landscape for a set of Digital Partners, collaborating closely with leadership teams across internal businesses and external partners in four key portfolios: Government, Academia, Corporates, and Fintech Partners. Key responsibilities include defining a 3-year strategy roadmap for each partner, managing accounts, strategy definition, planning, communication with business leaders and partners, and reporting to stakeholders as part of the Strategic Partnership Engagement plan. The Manager will ensure coordinated efforts within various teams at the company to drive business value and foster beneficial relationships for both the bank and its partners.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic partnership engagement plans for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with assigned partners, including academia, technology partners, and government entities.
  • Participate in initiatives to optimize investments and co-create future solutions.
  • Establish strong relationships with key partners and suppliers for effective service delivery.
  • Identify partner strengths and strategize with business leaders for optimal business value.
  • Manage program and project resources, mitigate issues and risks, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Document business processes as required by various standards.
  • Maintain data confidentiality and drive opportunities for knowledge expansion internally and externally.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in Account Management/Digital Partnership Management in enterprise-class organizations.
  • Understanding of banking domains, specifically in at least two business verticals.
  • Experience managing multiple program/project teams.
  • Good understanding of technical application architecture and security, compliance, and audit requirements.
  • Relevant digital and technical skills within business and technology management.
  • Strong leadership, analytical thinking, innovation, and integrity.
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, preferably with an IT-based university degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Certifications: Prince2, PMP, ITIL.

Language Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred.
