Manager - Digital Partnerships (UAE Nationals)

The Digital Partnerships Manager will drive a strategic landscape for a set of digital partners, working closely with leadership teams for internal businesses and external partners across four key portfolios: Government, Academia, Corporates, and Fintech Partners. This role involves defining a three-year strategy roadmap for each partner within a portfolio, account management, strategy definition, planning, and identifying engagements that provide business value to the company.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Drive strategic partnership engagement plans for internal business stakeholders and external partners.
• Manage relationships with partners and suppliers to ensure effective delivery of outsourced work, products, or services.
• Identify partners' strengths and align them with internal business areas for improvement.
• Strategize with business leaders and partners on key priorities that provide optimal business value.
• Manage and mitigate program/project issues and risks while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee documentation of business processes and maintain data confidentiality.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve common objectives.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Account Management or Digital Partnership Management, preferably in enterprise-level organizations.
• Strong understanding of banking domains, particularly in at least two business verticals.
• Experience managing multiple program/project teams.
• Familiarity with technical application architecture, security, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Relevant digital and technical skills within business and technology management.
• Degree in IT or equivalent work experience; certifications such as Prince 2, PMP, or ITIL are preferred.

Language Requirements: Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
