Manager - Digital Platform

The Manager - Digital Platform is primarily responsible for administering the main server operating systems and applications of the Digital Platform. The role involves ensuring maximum security, operational continuity, and contingency controls for every assigned system platform.

Location: Doha, Qatar
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Business Administration, or Information Technology (related field).
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in areas such as Linux, Windows, Apache, WebLogic, or OpenShift, preferably within a highly rated international bank.

Required Special Skills:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
• Strong decision-making ability and follow-through on initiatives.
• Personal integrity and self-management.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate with all management levels.
• Proficiency in IT tools and related procedures.
• Knowledge of banking processes, operations, and systems.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with network and systems design concepts.
• Crisis management capability.
