Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the digital portfolio for Retail & Business Banking (mobile, online, SME/Business platforms).
  • Develop and monitor business cases for CAPEX spends for Retail and Business Banking.
  • Own and manage high-impact lighthouse programs.
  • Develop and report KPIs to senior leadership regarding progress, risks, and benefits.
  • Manage digital communications and updates to senior leadership.
  • Review competition benchmarking for new features.
  • Develop a digital training agenda with the Learning and Development team.

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s/MBA preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project/programme/portfolio management within a consulting firm, preferably focused on retail and business banking.
  • Proven experience leading a PMO or digital transformation office.
  • Understanding of digital banking products and customer journeys, ideally in the GCC/UAE.
  • Experience with Agile and hybrid delivery models.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
