Key Responsibilities:
- Support the digital portfolio for Retail & Business Banking (mobile, online, SME/Business platforms).
- Develop and monitor business cases for CAPEX spends for Retail and Business Banking.
- Own and manage high-impact lighthouse programs.
- Develop and report KPIs to senior leadership regarding progress, risks, and benefits.
- Manage digital communications and updates to senior leadership.
- Review competition benchmarking for new features.
- Develop a digital training agenda with the Learning and Development team.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s/MBA preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in project/programme/portfolio management within a consulting firm, preferably focused on retail and business banking.
- Proven experience leading a PMO or digital transformation office.
- Understanding of digital banking products and customer journeys, ideally in the GCC/UAE.
- Experience with Agile and hybrid delivery models.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
