The company is seeking a Manager for Engineering AI & Data within the AI & Data sector, specifically targeting the Energy Resources Industry. The role involves working with advanced data science, predictive analysis, and machine learning specifically within the Oil and Gas Industry, with an emphasis on the Upstream sector. You will be responsible for driving projects that deliver clear business value, such as production uplift and predictive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical capabilities in applied data science with 10–15 years of experience, focusing on advanced analytics and AI.
  • Expertise in series forecasting, anomaly detection, predictive analysis, and optimization, along with a solid understanding of common machine learning algorithms.
  • Experience with MLOps, production deployment, and cloud ML platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Lead technical client workshops, presenting to executive audiences, and translating technical outputs into actionable recommendations.
  • Manage client relationships and lead proposal development to drive business development efforts.
  • Mentor and develop multidisciplinary analytics teams, embedding company values into client work.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering (Petroleum/Process), or a related discipline.
  • 10–15 years of experience in data science and analytics, predominantly within the oil and gas industry.
  • Proficient in data science tools, cloud platforms, and MLOps tooling.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills; fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with international oil companies and experience in consulting or leading consulting firms is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Arabic language is a plus.

Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time; Willingness to travel across the GCC region (50–75% of the time); Flexible work hours.
