About the Role
The Project Delivery Systems Coordinator is responsible for supporting the implementation, administration, integration, and continuous operation of project engineering design systems throughout the project lifecycle. The role serves as the focal point for coordinating project systems, user support, configuration management, reporting, and system-related governance activities. This position ensures project teams can effectively utilize approved engineering design systems and workflows to deliver project information in accordance with project, customer, and corporate requirements.

Job Responsibilities
- Global Level Summary: Operational managers utilize in-depth knowledge, advanced problem-solving skills, and an awareness of corporate priorities to translate strategic direction into tactical plans and implementation activities. Guided by functional practices, management precedents, and professional standards, decisions made are typically tactical in nature, with the ability to develop conclusions from analyses and apply results to business operations. Decisions are based on extensive business acumen and experience.
- Decision Making: Make independent decisions and set priorities related to complex situations. Manage smaller projects or portions of larger projects. Responsible for the daily administration of project-related policies and processes to meet business objectives.
- Supervision Received: Work involves self-initiated interaction with the supervisor and self-initiated technical guidance. Influence over duties is considered. Work is assigned in terms of broad objectives to be accomplished and is reviewed for policy, soundness of approach, and general effectiveness.
- Supervision Authority: Manage and direct work directly or through supervisors or professionals leading others.
Qualifications
- University Degree or equivalent in related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Typically, 10+ years relevant experience including supervisory, project management, and/or technical experience.
- Communication:
- Effectively communicate and take a leadership role in preparing and presenting proposals and reports to staff and management.
- Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to recognize and resolve conflict.
- Systems, Processes & Tools:
- Advanced understanding of Octave Smart Plant systems, processes, and tools related to the field.
- Capable of assisting others and troubleshooting issues.
- May be involved in the development of new systems, processes, and tools.
