The successful candidate will lead end-to-end workstreams – from problem definition and analysis to solution design, senior alignment, and execution – collaborating across markets and functions to deliver measurable outcomes. This role provides broad exposure to the company’s senior leadership and a unique opportunity to influence the company’s priorities across 81 markets. The role reports to the Vice President, Strategy, EEMEA.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of EEMEA’s strategic framework in alignment with the company’s global priorities.
- Lead strategic projects and workstreams focused on growth acceleration, innovation, and operational excellence.
- Structure complex, ambiguous challenges into clear hypotheses, actionable plans, and measurable outcomes.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to generate insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Develop compelling, executive-ready materials that clearly communicate findings and influence decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Services, Market Development, Finance) and regional business units to translate strategy into execution.
- Build trusted relationships across EEMEA functions and markets to drive alignment and collaboration.
- Contribute to a high-performing team culture that emphasizes strategic excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
All About You
- Bachelor’s degree from a leading academic institution; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience in top-tier management consulting and/or corporate strategy roles.
- Proven ability to deliver high-impact strategic projects and drive tangible business results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience crafting concise, logical narratives for senior audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, inclusive approach to teamwork.
