About the Role / About the Job
The Senior Manager – Entertainment Strategy plays a key role in shaping the strategic development of entertainment assets, supporting the Associate Director in defining and delivering the long-term vision for the entertainment portfolio. This role is responsible for leading the early planning and concept development of new entertainment destinations while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, guest experience ambitions, and commercial targets.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Associate Director of Entertainment Strategy in the execution of overarching entertainment asset class strategies to achieve portfolio and assets' ambition, vision, and objectives.
  • Manage the early design stages of development (ideation, pre-concept, and concept) and contribute to all stages of development of new entertainment assets, ensuring alignment with the entertainment offering and financial targets.
  • Develop project documentation for distribution, including Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Scope of Work (SOW), programmes, strategy briefs, and various project matrices.
  • Manage consultants, collaborate with IP licensors (where relevant), and other third parties to ensure insights and recommendations align with the overall scope of work, engagement objectives, and business expectations.
  • Conduct analysis and research on entertainment asset benchmarks (theme parks, family entertainment centres, etc.) and strategic topics to support robust decision-making.
  • Contribute to the development of initial go-live strategies, including operating models, pricing, sales and marketing, and manpower planning, while providing implementation support to other functions.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and other materials for internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, secure approvals, and effectively communicate asset designs and strategic initiatives.
    Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate and entertainment projects.
