This position requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement. A solid background in accounting and financial business practices is a plus.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee ERP systems and related projects, ensuring integration with business needs.
- Develop and implement processes for the overall management and maintenance of ERP systems.
- Lead the ERP team, providing guidance and direction as needed.
- Collect, document, and verify business requirements and functional specifications.
- Map business requirements to functional requirements and develop project documentation, including requirements traceability matrices and business process designs.
- Identify gaps in standard product functionality and recommend effective solutions, including designing customizations or extensions where necessary.
- Interface between technical teams and business/end-users to design effective solutions.
- Ensure timely completion of deliverables and create/review test scenarios, scripts, and plans, executing them as necessary.
- Participate in competency building activities and internal trainings when applicable.
- Develop and manage budgets for ERP projects and maintain up-to-date knowledge of ERP systems and related technologies.
- Optimize operational efficiency between business processes, ERP systems, and related platforms.
- Establish and maintain enterprise architecture across technical and functional domains.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or related fields. A degree in accounting or financial administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 12+ years of experience in managing complex ERP environments and ERP project implementations.
- At least 5 years of proven experience as an ERP Architect or in a related Business Applications/Systems Manager role.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Cloud-based ERP systems is preferred.
- Experience in implementing at least two full project cycles.
- Understanding of synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and mentor team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Proven track record of driving innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence in application development and management.
