Operating under the direction of the Cluster Manager – Finance, the role ensures accurate transaction recording and maintenance of controls, adhering to IFRS, company policies, and the Delegation of Authority (DoA). The role also provides timely financial information to assist management in decision-making.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage the company's day-to-day finance operations, including AP, AR, GL, cash, and bank reconciliations.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end close in SAP, including accruals, GR/IR, vendor advances, and unbilled revenue. Submit the closing files to the Senior Manager for review.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports and variance analysis for the company as a whole and for each brand.
- Prepare the annual budget and forecasts in collaboration with the brand and operations teams, and submit them for review and approval.
- Monitor operating (OPEX) and capital expenditures (CAPEX) against the approved budget, and escalate any overruns or requests that lack budget approval.
- Before obtaining approval, verify PRs, invoices, and payments against approved POs, WCCs, and the DoA.
- Ensure Finance reviews pricing, packages, and commercial agreements, and that they are approved under the DoA.
- Manage intercompany recharges and reconciliations with company entities and partners, and follow up on collections.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, VAT/ZATCA, and internal control requirements.
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring that audit findings are closed in a timely manner.
- Prepare financial analysis, ROI assessments, and dashboards to support management decisions.
- Oversee CAPEX tracking and maintain an accurate fixed asset register.
- Supervise and develop the company's finance team, including Specialists and Senior Specialists.
Managerial Responsibilities
- Provide input to the Department's strategy from the Section's point of view, aligned with the company's vision and mission.
- Assist in the development of the Section's objectives, KPIs, and operational plans, ensuring targets are met.
- Contribute to budget preparation and ongoing financial performance monitoring.
- Implement finance policies and procedures, ensuring adherence throughout the department.
- Ensure the Section is adequately staffed and that development opportunities for staff are coordinated with higher management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role. Experience in hospitality, tourism, or entertainment is preferred.
- CPA, CMA, or SOCPA preferred.
- Strong experience with SAP (FI/CO). Ariba experience is preferred.
