Key Responsibilities
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for supply chain operations.
- Evaluate business cases and strategic investments, including warehouse, logistics, automation, and technology initiatives.
- Lead cost optimization programs across procurement, transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve productivity and drive cost optimization.
- Strengthen financial governance, internal controls, and compliance across the supply chain network.
- Support strategic decision-making through scenario analysis, investment appraisal, and risk assessment.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver operational and financial objectives.
