Manager - Finance

About the Role
The position serves as a strategic business partner to the leadership team and is accountable for ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, effective cash flow management, budgeting and forecasting, financial controls, compliance, business performance analysis, and operational finance excellence. The role is responsible for driving financial performance, safeguarding company assets, optimizing working capital, improving profitability, and supporting business growth through robust financial planning and informed decision-making. The Finance Manager will oversee General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Accounting, Treasury Coordination, Statutory Compliance, and Finance Transformation initiatives while ensuring seamless integration between Salesforce Property Management CRM and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (D365).

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, long-range financial plans, and cash flow management across all business units and properties.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve results.
• Establish and oversee financial KPIs, profitability analysis, and performance measurement frameworks across assets, business units, tenants, and service lines.
• Drive monthly business performance reviews and support operational leaders in achieving financial and commercial objectives.
• Ensure strong financial governance, compliance with IFRS, UAE VAT, UAE Corporate Tax, and adherence to internal policies and approval frameworks.
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls, risk management processes, and audit readiness across all finance functions.
• Lead finance transformation initiatives, including ERP optimization, process automation, digitalization, and system integration projects.
• Enhance decision-making through financial analytics, dashboards, business intelligence tools, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Sponsor and oversee key finance technology projects, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce integration, UAT, and system enhancements.
• Foster a high-performance finance culture by driving accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Lead financial accounting operations, ensuring the integrity of financial records, general ledger management, balance sheet reconciliations, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, and timely period-end closings.
• Oversee the preparation of management accounts, statutory financial statements, board reports, and business performance analysis, providing accurate and actionable financial insights.
• Manage revenue accounting and accounts receivable functions, including billing, collections, tenant credit risk, aging reviews, revenue recognition, and working capital optimization.
• Oversee treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, banking relationships, funding requirements, and compliance with financing arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE VAT, UAE Corporate Tax, regulatory requirements, and internal policies, while supporting tax planning and audit activities.
• Lead internal, external and FTA audits, coordinate audit engagements, implement corrective actions, and maintain a strong control environment and audit readiness across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related discipline.
• ACCA, CA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• Knowledge in IFRS, UAE Corporate Tax and VAT Compliance.
• Expertise in Financial Accounting, Consolidation & Reporting.
• Experience in Treasury, Cash Flow & Working Capital Management.
• Proficiency in Internal Controls, Risk Management & Audit.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Salesforce, Hyperion, Power BI and Power Query.
