Manager Financial Reporting

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Reporting Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the preparation and analysis of our consolidated financial statements and ensure compliance with all accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of the company's consolidated financial statements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to accounting standards and internal controls.
• Prepare group consolidated financial statements, working closely with subsidiaries to align reporting with audit and accounting requirements.
• Oversee all external reporting, including the preparation and timely publication of financial disclosures in compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with auditors and provide support during the audit process, ensuring all financial information is available and accurately presented.
• Implement and maintain reporting procedures to comply with internal and external audit specifications.
• Drive process improvements within the reporting function to enhance efficiency and data integrity.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations, accounting standards, and reporting requirements to ensure continuous compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of consolidated financial statements and experience with IFRS/GAAP.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with financial reporting software and Microsoft Excel.
