Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, coordinate, and manage ad hoc survey-based research service projects
  • Receive and understand client briefs
  • Create research designs, proposals, and budget preparations
  • Contribute to contract negotiations
  • Brief and train field staff
  • Design questionnaires and interview/discussion guides
  • Analyze data and information
  • Develop conclusions and solid recommendations
  • Present and report on work from proposal to analysis stage
  • Analyze and evaluate results
  • Control costs and manage budgeting
  • Act as the main link resource to clients, fostering and maintaining close relationships with decision-makers
  • Gather and summarize useful field data, and analyze secondary data
  • Responsible for project management, maintaining close collaboration with key team members, including Analysts, Field Staff, and Administration.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a research-related field, ideally in retail, marketing sciences, or CRM
  • Experience in custom/adhoc survey-based research, particularly in consumer insight or brand-tracking; digital analytics experience is an added advantage
  • Strong analytical abilities with excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills in English
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capacity to deliver results accurately and punctually
  • Proven client-handling skills, capable of building relationships and adding value to projects
  • Strong initiative, creative thinking, leadership, management, and interpersonal skills; self-motivated and enthusiastic.
