Position

Due to the company's new strategy, an exciting opportunity has been created whereby we are looking to add a Manager for our Marketing and Consumer Intelligence team based in Riyadh. The senior manager will help with the delivery of client-centric solutions in the area of consumer insight and marketing effectiveness. The purpose of this role is to accelerate top-line and deliver profitable growth by delivering against opportunities in client-facing work and helping our clients achieve higher ROI with key business questions expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, coordinate, and manage ad hoc, usually survey-based research services projects.
  • Receive and understand client briefs to develop research designs, proposals, and prepare budgets/costs.
  • Analyze data and information to develop conclusions and solid recommendations.
  • Present and report on work from proposal to analysis stage, controlling costs/budgeting.
  • Act as the main link resource to clients, developing and maintaining close relationships and communication with client decision-makers.
  • Responsible for project management and maintaining close working relationships between key members such as Analysts, Field Staff, and Administration.

Qualifications

  • At least 8 years of experience in a research-related field, preferably with a retail, marketing sciences, or CRM emphasis.
  • Experience in custom/adhoc survey-based research, especially in the area of consumer insight or brand-tracking solutions is preferred. Experience in digital analytics would be a further plus.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail, delivering results accurately and on time.
  • Strong client-handling skills, an ability to connect with clients and build relationships, adding value and insight to projects.
  • Strong initiative, creative thinking, leadership, management, and interpersonal skills; self-motivated and enthusiastic.
