Position

Emirates NBD is a market leader across the MENAT (Middle East, North Africa, and Türkiye) region, with a presence in 13 countries, serving over 20 million customers. We are seeking a Manager - Forensics & Incident Response to manage the Digital Forensics and Incident Response efforts of our Cyber Security team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and conduct analysis of computer, public cloud, and network traffic for information gathering, legal evidence, and intrusion detection.
  • Oversee incident management processes, ensuring they are well-drilled and effective.
  • Lead the investigation and containment teams during security incidents, presenting technical findings to senior management.
  • Maintain chain of custody for computer evidence and ensure superior documentation for regulatory audits.
  • Proactively search through networks and datasets to detect advanced threats that evade automated tools.
  • Assist in keeping the Cyber Security Monitoring Operations up to date with the latest security threats.
  • Coach and manage security subject matter experts (SMEs) reporting to this role to ensure the quality of delivery.

Key Requirements:

  • Education:

    • Essential: Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Management Information System).
    • Desirable: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    • Minimum 5+ years in technical security incident response and digital investigations in large-scale environments.
    • 7-10+ years of overall technology experience.
  • Certifications (Desirable):

    • GREM, GCIH, GCFA, OCSP, CISSP.
  • Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Expertise in threat management and security incident response protocols.
    • Hands-on experience with infrastructure technologies and digital forensics.
    • Familiarity with security policies and risk management frameworks.

Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is necessary; additional languages may be advantageous.
