Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Manage the planning, scheduling, and administration of governance committees and related governance forums.
- Oversee the preparation, review, quality assurance, and distribution of committee agendas, reports, presentations, and supporting materials.
- Ensure committee submissions comply with governance requirements, approval protocols, documentation standards, and established procedures.
- Coordinate committee meetings and ensure timely circulation of meeting packs, resolutions, and governance communications.
- Oversee the preparation and review of meeting minutes, action logs, decision registers, and governance records.
- Monitor and track committee actions, decisions, and resolutions to ensure timely completion and accountability across business functions.
- Provide governance advice and support to stakeholders regarding committee processes, documentation requirements, and governance expectations.
- Maintain governance frameworks, committee charters, terms of reference, and governance documentation repositories.
- Prepare governance reports, committee performance metrics, dashboards, and management updates for leadership review.
- Identify governance risks, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Support governance audits, compliance reviews, and assurance activities related to committee operations and governance practices.
- Lead and develop governance coordinators, analysts, or support staff while promoting governance best practices and continuous improvement.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Corporate Governance, Law, Public Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
Professional Certifications
- CGI/ICSA Governance Qualification, GRCP, PMP, or equivalent professional certification preferred.
