We are seeking a highly skilled Reporting and Consolidation Manager to oversee the Group financial consolidation and reporting process. This key role will assist in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of consolidated financial reporting across multiple subsidiaries and clusters.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the accurate and compliant preparation and presentation of Group financial reports, managing the end-to-end consolidation of financial statements from various entities within the Group, including the preparation, review, and analysis of the consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS accounting standards.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data from multiple entities, including intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translations.
- Monitor changes in accounting standards and assist in assessing their impact on the consolidation process, implementing necessary adjustments.
- Work closely with entity’s finance teams to gather required financial data, ensuring consistency in reporting practices and adherence to consolidation timelines. Provide training and guidance to entity’s finance teams on consolidation processes, helping to ensure accuracy and consistency across Group financial reporting.
- Support due diligence and integration activities for acquisitions, ensuring smooth transitions into the consolidated financial structure.
- Coordinate month-end and quarter-end closing processes, prepare consolidated financial statements, and analyze financial results. Lead the preparation of annual financial statements for the Group, coordinate year-end audits, ensuring accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and compliance with the Group’s internal control and disclosure requirements.
- Prepare and present financial reports to executives and stakeholders, liaise with external auditors, and respond to financial information requests.
- Identify and implement improvements to streamline and automate reporting and consolidation processes and collaborate with IT and finance teams to optimize the use of financial consolidation software and tools, ensuring they meet the needs of the consolidation process.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 10+ years of proven experience in financial reporting and consolidation, intercompany accounting, or related roles, within a global organization.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, CA, or CMA.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial organization, preferably within a large multinational or complex group structure.
- Exposure to mergers and acquisitions (M&A), treasury, and financial reporting.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and follow up persistently to meet strict deadlines.
