Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and managing the Program Master Plan, which incorporates all defined initiatives and milestones.
- Coordinating the execution of the plan, which includes design, development, testing, rollout, and stabilization of projects.
- Managing vendor relationships and assuring integration across various digital banking initiatives to ensure consistency and prevent redundancy.
- Leading governance sessions, preparing documentation, and tracking action items.
Key Result Areas:
- Creation of a consolidated transformation project master plan with appropriate resource allocation and timelines.
- Collaboration on the business case to gain necessary funding and track activities aligned with approved budgets.
- Vendor management, including ensuring compliance with project specifications and working closely with third-party representatives.
- Engaging functional and technical solution design, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Keeping abreast of new technologies and trends relevant to the digital banking sector.
Qualifications:
- More than 5 years of experience in project management (PMO) with a strong background in complex end-to-end system implementations.
- Expertise in digital trends, implementation techniques (Waterfall and Agile), and PMO-specific tools.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team-building skills with a focus on achieving tangible goals.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and vendor management capabilities.
- Understanding of banking products and services is highly advantageous.
