Position

The Manager of GTB Digital Transformation at the company is responsible for leading end-to-end project management activities associated with a large-scale transformation project and its associated initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing the Program Master Plan, which incorporates all defined initiatives and milestones.
  • Coordinating the execution of the plan, which includes design, development, testing, rollout, and stabilization of projects.
  • Managing vendor relationships and assuring integration across various digital banking initiatives to ensure consistency and prevent redundancy.
  • Leading governance sessions, preparing documentation, and tracking action items.

Key Result Areas:

  • Creation of a consolidated transformation project master plan with appropriate resource allocation and timelines.
  • Collaboration on the business case to gain necessary funding and track activities aligned with approved budgets.
  • Vendor management, including ensuring compliance with project specifications and working closely with third-party representatives.
  • Engaging functional and technical solution design, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Keeping abreast of new technologies and trends relevant to the digital banking sector.

Qualifications:

  • More than 5 years of experience in project management (PMO) with a strong background in complex end-to-end system implementations.
  • Expertise in digital trends, implementation techniques (Waterfall and Agile), and PMO-specific tools.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and team-building skills with a focus on achieving tangible goals.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and vendor management capabilities.
  • Understanding of banking products and services is highly advantageous.

The role may involve interactions that require proficiency in English and other languages relevant to the geographic scope of the projects.

Reporting Structure:

The position is expected to maintain close interaction with stakeholders across various business units and senior management while adhering to project management and security procedures.
