Key responsibilities include:
- Planning, managing, executing, tracking, and implementing complex corporate banking functional and technology solutions, ensuring delivery in line with customer expectations, budget, and scope.
- Overseeing the testing strategy and execution, quality and compliance controls, and production stability after change implementation.
- Creating a Program Master Plan incorporating all initiatives defined as pillars of the program, including milestones, resources allocation, timelines, dependencies, and reporting to stakeholders.
- Managing collaboration of the business case to support the program along with Finance teams to provide necessary funding.
- Coordinating Vendor Management to engage with all vendors involved in the program and ensuring alignment with the customer journey initiative.
- Executing the Front to Back digitalization initiative, facilitating necessary project plans for proper integration of ongoing digital initiatives across the bank.
- Organizing Governance sessions, preparing necessary materials, tracking actions, and providing leadership in digital technology implementation methodologies.
Location: United Arab Emirates
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience as PMO with direct management of complex end-to-end systems implementations.
- Expert knowledge of new digital trends in the market and experience in their implementations.
- Proficient in implementation techniques, including Waterfall and Agile methodologies, along with specific PMO reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills, with a customer service orientation and ability to align business strategy with technology.
- Banking and banking product management skills and experience are a significant plus for this position.
