Manager, GTB Digital Transformation - PMO.Injaz - CIBG - GTB - Project Titan

The Manager, GTB Digital Transformation will be part of the Mashreq bank-wide Transformation Office and is expected to contribute to the continuous improvement of Mashreq’s transformation capabilities. This role involves the execution and reporting of projects under the Transformation Office, engaging and partnering with the GTB business to understand requirements and ensure alignment to strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the creation of the GTB Program Master Plan, incorporating all roadmap initiatives defined as pillars of the business portfolio. Each initiative should have a concrete Project Plan as part of the consolidated digital transformation Master Plan.
• Define the key milestones and necessary activities/tasks, with proper allocation of resources, responsibilities, timelines, dependencies, critical paths, and contingency actions for deviations.
• Organize and orchestrate focused execution forums and workshops, ensuring collaboration from all areas that participate in the digitalization master plan, including front, middle, and back office.

Requirements

• More than 15 years of experience in banking digital delivery and setting up PMO governance and controls, with concrete experience in managing complex End-to-End platform implementations.
• Excellent program and project management experience ideally from implementing major bank systems and migrating customers to new platforms.
• Strong organizational, team building, and leadership qualities, with a proven track record of implementing strict project/program management guidelines to ensure successful project delivery.
