Manager - Healthcare Analytics

As a Manager of Healthcare Analytics at the company, you will be responsible for executing and completing specific deliverables related to data analysis, validation, standardization of the data-gathering process, and reporting statistical data and performance metrics from multiple sources. Your role will contribute to fulfilling business and customer needs in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Healthcare Data Analysis:
  • Design data models that integrate patient data from various sources for comprehensive health data views.
  • Analyze member health risk segmentation and chronic case profiling.
  • Investigate data to identify patterns and trends.
• Performance Analysis and Reporting:
  • Pull and integrate data from multiple sources to assist in healthcare management and decision-making.
  • Publish monthly reports for major accounts with various dimensions.
  • Develop reports and presentations and ensure timely completion of performance metric reports.
  • Communicate analytical insights with management.
• Data Cleansing:
  • Apply advanced categorization and validation of service mappings and doctor names within the data.
• Analysis and Reporting Transformation Initiatives:
  • Collaborate with business units to execute objectives related to big data projects and digital enhancements.
  • Validate data for inclusion in advanced analytics and machine learning models.
  • Automate manual reports using Power BI.

Skills Required:

• 2-4 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in healthcare providing or health insurance.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with data analysis, including healthcare claims data manipulation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery or Pharmacy.
