About the Role
Here’s your chance to step into the role of Manager, Hire to Retire Process at the company Group Services. In this position, you’ll take on key responsibilities that include:
- Lead transformation initiatives across the end-to-end Hire-to-Retire lifecycle, from diagnosis and solution design through implementation and benefit realization.
- Design standardized, simplified and digitally enabled future-state processes, operating models and service definitions.
- Translate transformation priorities into clear project plans, business requirements, governance structures and measurable outcomes.
- Partner with Human Capital teams, Group IT, advisers and vendors to deliver HCM technology, workflow, automation and employee self-service solutions.
- Use workforce and process data to develop business cases, identify improvement opportunities and track transformation benefits.
- Lead stakeholder workshops and support change management, communication, training and adoption activities.

About You
The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or a related discipline.
- Six to ten years of relevant experience in HR transformation, business transformation, HR shared services or management consulting.
- Demonstrable consultancy, advisory or HR transformation experience.
- Hands-on experience designing Hire-to-Retire processes and future-state operating models, rather than experience limited to PMO coordination.
- Experience delivering process and technology change across HCM environments in complex, multi-entity organizations.
- Broad knowledge of the end-to-end Hire-to-Retire lifecycle and experience across multiple HR functional areas.
- UAE or wider GCC experience.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder-management, project-delivery and change-management capabilities.
Please note: Experience primarily limited to HR operations, HR generalist activities, HR business partnering or individual HR process administration will not, on its own, meet the requirements of this role. Candidates must demonstrate material consultancy, advisory or transformation experience across the HR lifecycle.
