This position requires strong data wrangling and problem-solving skills, along with project management and agile methodologies experience to enable data-driven decisions about talent. The successful candidate will serve as the data and analytics champion for all HR analytics initiatives, overseeing ongoing and ad-hoc data projects, driving adoption of AI-driven insights, and advancing data literacy and analytics capabilities within the HR community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HR senior stakeholders to address key business questions and prioritize analytics projects based on impact.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to translate business needs into sustainable analytics and insights.
  • Architect and maintain Databricks One dashboards for unified analytics delivery.
  • Partner with IT teams to build and implement an HR data warehouse, developing new data models.
  • Design and implement advanced analytics models to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with the HR Employee Experience Lead to enhance HR reports and workforce decision processes.
  • Act as a change leader, utilizing change methodologies to deploy HR reporting and analytics solutions.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a complex analytical environment.
  • Related experience in defining and deploying workforce analytics or management decision support products.
  • Advanced knowledge of HR technology and People analytics is a plus.
  • 4+ years of experience with database querying tools, including Databricks, Azure, SQL, and/or Microsoft SQL, and Python.
  • Strong analytical and data-focused thinking with exceptional attention to detail.
