Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to members and potential clients.
- Promote and lead group fitness classes, ensuring an engaging and inclusive atmosphere.
- Develop personalized fitness programs that cater to individual client goals and preferences.
- Stay updated on fitness trends and innovations to enhance service offerings.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and motivating work environment.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to member management and scheduling.
Requirements
- Proven experience in fitness instruction or personal training is preferred.
- Relevant fitness certifications from accredited institutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health goals.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
