The HR Manager for Presight’s Kazakhstan office will play a critical role in driving and implementing HR strategies across the country, overseeing all aspects of human resources, including operations, recruitment, talent management, and providing HR ground support.

HR Operations:
Oversee day-to-day HR operations to ensure smooth functioning of the Kazakhstan office.
Manage employee records, HR documentation, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Handle payroll, employee benefits administration, and HRIS management.
Recruitment and Contract Staffing:
Lead the recruitment efforts for the Kazakhstan office, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of employees.
Manage contract staffing processes to meet the short-term and project-specific staffing needs of the organization.
Build relationships with local recruitment agencies and manage vendor agreements.
Business Partnering:
Act as a strategic HR partner to the Country Manager and other business leaders in Kazakhstan.
Provide HR advisory and support to local management on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
Align HR strategies with business objectives to drive growth and success.
Talent Management and L&D:
Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent in Kazakhstan.
Identify and address training and development needs and implement effective learning programs.
Manage succession planning and career development initiatives for the Kazakhstan office.
HR Ground Support:
Serve as the primary HR contact for employees in Kazakhstan, addressing their concerns and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Support the implementation of global HR initiatives and ensure they are adapted to meet local requirements.
Lead HR projects and initiatives specific to the Kazakhstan market.
Compliance and Legal:
Ensure compliance with local labour laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
Handle any legal matters related to HR, including employment contracts, disputes, and terminations.
Monitor changes in local labour laws and update HR practices accordingly.
