Responsibilities
- Lead a tower in HRSS accountable for services in the scope.
- Ensure service standards are maintained to eliminate errors, delays, and escalations.
- Consider lapses as an area of opportunity; perform root cause analysis (RCA), identify causes, and plan and implement long-term solutions.
- Ensure all service procedures are in place and continually evaluated for greater efficiency.
- Conduct service reviews with the team, presenting value-adding analysis of performance, identifying trends, and recommending new ideas and solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Promote a Continuous Improvement mindset and embed the culture in the team:
- Eliminate non-value added activities.
- Proactively identify and work on HR Technology to progress automation opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or a similar field.
- 7 years of experience in HR/Payroll management.
- Working knowledge of KSA HR Operations & Payroll is preferred.
