Job Description
- Lead implementation of large-scale, hyperscale data center projects from mobilization through handover.
- Coordinate with design consultants, EPC contractors, OEMs, and internal engineering disciplines to ensure compliance with scope, timeline, and quality standards.
- Manage implementation roadmaps including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, ICT, and BMS systems.
- Interface with hyperscale clients (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Google) to capture requirements, validate milestones, and ensure delivery satisfaction.
- Oversee procurement and delivery tracking of long-lead items (generators, chillers, UPS, switchgear, etc.).
- Align site execution and phasing plans with global standards for modular and scalable deployment.
- Monitor implementation KPIs (schedule, cost, risk), provide regular updates to leadership, and escalate critical blockers.
- Drive readiness for integrated system testing (IST), client inspections, and commissioning milestones.
- Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across all site activities.
- Support the Director, Engineering in aligning implementation planning with commercial, design, and operations functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in mission-critical infrastructure delivery, with at least 5 years in hyperscale data center implementation.
- Familiarity with liquid cooling technologies, modular deployments, and sustainable infrastructure practices.
