About the Role
The Digital Execution Manager is accountable for defining, leading, and governing the digital execution strategy across the project lifecycle. This role provides strategic leadership for digital delivery, information management, project systems, data governance, automation, reporting, and digital innovation to ensure projects achieve improved safety, quality, predictability, productivity, and information handover outcomes. The Digital Execution Manager serves as a member of the Project Leadership Team and acts as the project focal point for digital execution strategy, project delivery systems, data-centric execution, and digital transformation initiatives.

Job Responsibilities
- Global Level Summary: Operational managers utilizing in-depth knowledge, advanced problem-solving skills, and an awareness of priorities to translate strategic direction into tactical plans and implementation activities. Guided by functional practices, management precedents, and professional standards. Decisions are typically of a tactical variety. Able to develop conclusions from analyses and apply results to business operations. Decisions are based on extensive business acumen and experience.
- Decision Making: Makes independent decisions and sets priorities regarding complex situations. Manages smaller projects or portions of larger projects. Responsible for the daily administration of project-related policies and processes to meet business objectives.
- Supervision Received: Works with self-initiated interaction with supervisor and seeks self-initiated technical guidance. Influence over duties; work is assigned in terms of broad objectives to be accomplished. Reviewed for policy adherence, soundness of approach, and general effectiveness. Work is ensured conformity with policy and coordination with other company departments.
- Supervision Authority: Manages and directs work either directly or through supervisors or professionals leading others.
Qualifications
- University Degree, or equivalent in a related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Typically 15+ years of relevant experience, including supervisory, project management, and/or technical experience.
- Communication:
- Effectively communicates and takes a leadership role in preparing and presenting proposals and reports to staff and management.
- Ability to persuade and influence others.
- Ability to recognize and resolve conflict.
- Systems, Processes & Tools:
- Advanced understanding of systems, processes, and tools related to the field.
- Able to assist others and troubleshoot issues.
- May be involved in the development of new systems, processes, and tools.
