Work Conditions: Contract

Key Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with the Program Manager to maintain effective communication with the business and customers.
  • Ensure the company services team is adequately trained and qualified to deliver service to overseas clients.
  • Establish the initial support package for all products, including the calculation, procurement, and delivery of spare parts and training documentation.
  • Define support, infrastructure, and test equipment options for the customer.
  • Manage the successful setup of onsite capabilities.
  • Oversee all in-service incidents, issues, and follow-on actions.
  • Handle logistics for UAE factory return repairs or in-country movements.
  • Ensure all contractual commitments (KPI, SLA) are met within budget, quality, and timeframe.
  • Identify and manage in-service risks, including logistic delays and obsolescence.
  • Ensure all services are carried out to meet customer expectations and satisfaction while balancing contractual obligations.

Supporting Accountabilities:

  • Work closely with other disciplines to define an effective service strategy.
  • Build and maintain relationships with development/manufacturing teams.
  • Provide inputs for ILS reviews related to documentation, training, and spares provisioning.
  • Offer expert advice for on-site maintenance facilities.
  • Encourage continuous improvement in software, hardware, documentation, and procedures.
  • Develop in-service offerings and capabilities.
  • Oversee the renewal, extension, or expansion of client contracts.

Experience & Education Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years as an ILS or Service Delivery manager in the Aerospace or Defense sectors.
  • At least 5 years of experience working in the Middle East, Africa, Asia, or remote locations.
  • Military technical background preferred.
  • Knowledge of the full Engineering life cycle, particularly in Engineering services.
  • Proven track record in Project management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant experience.
