Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cyber and information security strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Manage Azure cloud security operations using native tools, automation, and scripting.
- Establish and maintain ISMS, ensuring certifications such as ISO 27001 and ISO 42001.
- Lead business continuity and disaster recovery planning and drills.
- Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Maintain and review the risk register; track and remediate risks across units.
- Lead incident response and crisis management efforts.
- Chair committee on Information Security, Business Continuity, and Risk Management.
- Promote a culture of security awareness and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Skills and attributes for success:
- 10–15 years of experience in cyber and information security leadership.
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Network Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure cloud security tools and scripting.
- Proven success in ISMS setup and certification.
- Experience in BCM and DR planning.
- Expertise in audit management and stakeholder communication.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO 42001 Lead Implementer, CRISC, or Azure Security Engineer preferred.
- Proficient in integrating AI agents and leveraging AI-assisted orchestration and autonomous agents to streamline infrastructure management, automate security compliance, and drive operational excellence.
