About the Job:
The company is the new national airline based in Saudi Arabia, aiming to lead the aviation industry by transforming the country into a global hub. The airline seeks to connect the kingdom to over 100 destinations and is focused on shaping the future of flying.

In the role of Manager Innovation Design, you will be at the forefront of the company's Future Experience Design agenda. Your work will involve influencing how technology, culture, guest behaviors, and industry shifts will redefine travel. Collaborating with various teams, you will turn research, trends, customer insights, and innovation opportunities into strategic recommendations that guide the long-term roadmap of the airline.

You will lead creative workshops, ideation sessions, and co-creation sprints, developing concepts, scenarios, and innovation strategies. You are expected to create compelling stories, visual concepts, prototypes, journey maps, simulations, and concept films that bring innovative ideas to life. Engaging with stakeholders and presenting future scenarios to senior leaders will be essential in this role, as will building partnerships within the innovation ecosystem and staying informed about emerging technologies.

About You:
You should hold a degree and possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in innovation design, service design, product design, UX/UI, design strategy, or a related field. Expertise in design thinking, service design, ethnographic research, trend analysis, and strategic foresight is required. A portfolio showcasing your ability to solve complex challenges and influence business strategy will be advantageous.
