About
The Manager – Integrated Data, AI & Platforms is responsible for the design, development, and governance of enterprise control platforms. This role ensures that all infrastructure and application platforms operate within defined security, financial, and operational guardrails. You will act as a bridge between high-level architecture and hands-on implementation, ensuring that "Technology Enablement" provides a seamless, compliant, and automated experience for all engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Policy-as-Code (PaC) frameworks to automate compliance and security across cloud and on-premise environments.
• Develop and maintain centralized control mechanisms for resource provisioning, access management, and cost optimization (FinOps).
• Ensure platforms can support 24×7 mining and production operations and define availability, disaster recovery (DR), backup, and resilience standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of experience, with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications are advantageous (e.g., Cloud Architect/Engineer, Data Engineering, TOGAF/Architecture).
