About The Role:
We are looking for a Manager, Integration Delivery to lead the end-to-end delivery of our integration capabilities. In this pivotal position, you will shape and execute the enterprise integration delivery model, ensuring reliable and scalable connectivity across internal systems and third-party platforms that support the airline’s digital ecosystem.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving integration delivery excellence by analyzing current integration maturity and defining target state architectures.
- Managing complex, multi-stream delivery across APIs, messaging, and event-driven integrations.
- Working closely with Product, Architecture, Engineering, DevOps, and business stakeholders to ensure predictable delivery and alignment with enterprise standards.

About You:
You should possess:
- A degree and a minimum of 10 years of IT delivery experience, preferably with a focus on enterprise integration initiatives.
- Hands-on experience in delivering integration solutions using modern integration patterns, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
- Strong analytical skills to translate business and architectural requirements into clear delivery plans and execution strategies.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder environments and driving continuous improvement across integration delivery.
Familiarity with airline or large-scale enterprise environments, integrated platforms, and agile delivery models is an advantage.
