As a Manager - Integration RBWM, your role is to support integration business propositions by driving business assessment, integration planning, governance, stakeholder alignment, and execution of strategic initiatives aligned with the overall operational strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop integration plans, identify milestones, and manage workstreams.
  • Conduct workshops, collect business information, and perform gap analysis.
  • Manage BAU flow activity and periodic reviews to ensure achievement of completion states.
  • Engage with external stakeholders for process mapping and reconciliation-related matters.
  • Map current product approval processes within RBL and analyze product backlog and enhancement items.
  • Conduct pricing reviews and competition benchmarking.
  • Manage existing regulatory requirements currently in progress and those in the pipeline.
  • Analyze retail products, identify overlaps, and recommend rationalization opportunities.
  • Execute strategic campaigns and business cases focusing on identifying revenue, cost, and operational synergy opportunities.
  • Gather inputs on systems and platforms used by RBL to eliminate duplication and conflicts of interest.
  • Manage key relationships and coordinate with business heads, technology units, operations, risk, and external stakeholders.
  • Incorporate stakeholder requirements regarding proposed changes/projects.
  • Prepare dashboards, RAID logs, executive updates presentations, decision matrices, and other required MIS reports for analytical review to serve executive leadership members.
  • Track actions, coordinate teams, facilitate workshops, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
  • Perform gap analysis, identify areas of opportunity, and enable desired outputs.
  • Identify innovative opportunities for Digital and STP products.
  • Continuously review and enhance existing setups to maximize efficiency and quality.
  • Understand technology landscapes regarding application and architecture catalogs and interdependencies.
  • Resolve conflicting business priorities between the company and RBL, ensuring timely executive decisions and alignment with high-value initiatives.
  • Escalate delivery risks and blockers to minimize delays.
  • Be fully aware of all policies related to operational and market risk.
  • Assess product risk, reputation risk, and product suitability by applying global best practices.
  • Identify integration risks, dependencies, and develop mitigation plans.
  • Identify and capture operational, technical, and regulatory controls.
  • Highlight cyber security controls, audit findings, and data privacy risks.

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification (preferred).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 Certification.
  • Agile Certification, such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe.
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification (preferred).
  • Minimum of 8 years in the Banking or Financial Services industry.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading large-scale transformation, change management, or integration programs.
  • Strong Retail Banking experience, particularly with Cards, Loans, and Liabilities products.
  • Proven track record in delivering complex business, technology, or operational transformation initiatives.
  • Experience in merger and acquisition (M&A) integration programs.
  • Strong knowledge of Retail Banking products, including Cards, Loans, Liabilities, and related banking services.
  • Experience in Business Transformation, Digital Banking, and enterprise-wide change initiatives.
  • Expertise in RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) Management and governance frameworks.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities, with proficiency in:
    1. Power BI
    2. Advanced Microsoft Excel
    3. Jira
    4. Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proven Program Management experience, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of large-scale strategic initiatives.
  • Strong Executive Reporting skills, with the ability to present concise and impactful updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional Stakeholder Management skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams, business leaders, external partners, and senior executives.
