Position

The Manager - Integrations and Separations will plan and execute integrations, separations, synergy assessments, and post-deal value creation engagements. The role involves coordinating with various internal the company teams such as Operations, IT, Finance, and People & Change to leverage functional expertise as needed.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and executing Operational Due Diligence (ODD) while collaborating with the Financial Due Diligence team to uncover value creation opportunities and operational concerns.
  • Teaming with Partners, Directors, and Associate Directors on proposals and business development activities—managing the end-to-end proposal process.
  • Supervising, training, and mentoring junior team members while driving day-to-day engagement management and ensuring client expectations are met regarding project deliverables and deadlines.
  • Developing and nurturing strong client relationships.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or CA, CPA, ACCA qualification.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience in integrations and separations, including detailed planning and implementation phases.
  • Experience overseeing functional workstreams across HR, Finance, Operations, IT, Legal, etc.
  • Proven track record in operational or IT due diligence, synergies assessments, and identification of transitional services and costing.
  • Strong skills in reporting, presentation, and communication.
  • Experience in proposal design is advantageous.
  • Flexible working style and strong team collaboration skills.
  • Experience with big four firms or boutique/corporate M&A is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is preferable.
