Your responsibilities will include planning and executing Operational Due Diligence (ODD), collaborating closely with the Financial Due Diligence team to uncover opportunities for value creation and identify operational issues or red flags relevant to the deal. You will also work alongside Partners, Directors, and Associate Directors on proposals and business development calls, manage the comprehensive preparation of proposals, supervise and mentor junior resources, and drive day-to-day engagement activities while managing client expectations regarding project deliverables and deadlines. Building and maintaining strong client relationships will also be crucial to your success.
Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor’s degree and/or CA, CPA, or ACCA qualification, with a minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience. Candidates should have a proven track record in the complete lifecycle of integrations and separations, from assessments and detailed planning to Day 1/100 execution and implementation. Experience in managing or supporting Integration/Separation Management Offices and conducting operational or IT due diligence is essential. You should have strong skills in reporting, writing, presenting, and communication, as well as experience in proposal design.
A flexible working style and excellent teamwork abilities are necessary, and preference will be given to candidates with Big Four, boutique M&A, or corporate M&A experience. Proficiency in Arabic is also a preferred asset.
