Manager - Integrations & Separations

In this role, you will plan and execute Integrations, Separations, Synergy assessments, and post-deal value creation engagements. You will coordinate with various internal KPMG teams, such as Operations, IT, Finance, and People & Change, to leverage functional expertise where necessary. Your responsibilities will include operational due diligence (ODD), working closely with the financial due diligence team to identify value creation levers and operational issues, and managing the end-to-end preparation of proposals. You will team with Partners, Directors, and Associate Directors on business development and manage client expectations regarding project deliverables and deadlines. In addition, you will supervise, train, and mentor junior resources and develop strong client relationships.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and/or CA, CPA, ACCA qualification, with a minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience. Candidates should possess experience in the end-to-end lifecycle of integrations and separations, operational or IT due diligence, and synergy assessment. Strong communication and reporting writing skills are essential, along with the ability to manage Operational Due Diligence projects effectively. Flexible working styles and good team collaboration skills are also important. Big four experience or experience with boutique M&A or corporate M&A is preferable, and being an Arabic speaker is an advantage.
