Responsibilities:
- Track AI research initiatives across operating companies (OpCos) using defined processes and templates.
- Maintain accurate records of project scope, status, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
- Ensure timely and structured input from OpCo AI teams, addressing inconsistencies or gaps in execution.
- Maintain the unified AI R&D pipeline and roadmap, updating progress and changes in scope.
- Prepare materials for AI R&D reviews and steering committees, coordinating inputs and follow-ups.
- Ensure consistent documentation of research activities and outputs, including research summaries and evaluations.
- Support adoption of agreed tools, models, and research methods, tracking usage of shared assets.
- Identify collaboration opportunities and assist with coordination tasks assigned by the Senior Manager.
- Conduct AI research, lead assigned research tasks, design experiments, train models, and analyze results.
- Produce concrete research outputs such as code, models, and technical documentation.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree preferred in AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in AI research or advanced applied AI roles, with demonstrated experience in building and evaluating AI models.
- Experience contributing to multi-team AI initiatives.
