Key Responsibilities:
- Manage first-level support for business users, covering application, systems, training, and reporting.
- Liaise with the Emirates NBD Group IT platform for issue resolution and vendor escalations, ensuring zero SLA breaches.
- Drive change and enhancement requests for applications used by Emirates NBD Asset Management.
- Provide technical and functional inputs to changes, minimizing external dependency while maximizing productivity.
- Manage cases with application support teams to ensure successful case discussions and resolutions.
- Conduct research and training for end-users on improved application functionality.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in electronics/computer science/computer applications/information technology.
- Professional certifications are preferred.
- Strong business knowledge in the asset management industry.
- 5+ years of experience in application support, 4+ years in software development, and understanding of asset management products and processes.
- Proficiency in software development using programming languages such as C, C++, JAVA, ASP .Net, C#, VB, SQL, and PL/SQL.
