Manager, IT Internal Audit

About the Job:
This role requires working closely with the Senior Manager Audit to deliver the department’s goals and objectives for the Group. The Manager, IT Internal Audit will lead audit engagements, conducting all stages of reviews from planning to reporting and ensuring robust controls and adherence to corporate governance. The key responsibilities include:

• Developing an internal audit strategy aligned with the Group’s strategic objectives.
• Conducting audits competently, including timely completion of resources, audit programs, fieldwork, and reporting.
• Utilizing data analytics tools like IDEA and Power BI to analyze data for audit purposes.
• Conducting cybersecurity assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests.
• Evaluating application controls and assessing IT General Controls (ITGC) across the organization.
• Reviewing and ensuring the quality of work performed by Audit Managers and Internal Auditors.
• Driving data analytics within the team and contributing to continuous auditing.
• Coaching and managing the performance of Audit Officers.
• Designing and developing Control Self-Assessment frameworks.
• Building relationships with executive management and third-party service providers to implement best practices in risk and control.

Education & Experience:

• Post graduate degree (e.g. MBA or Masters in relevant discipline such as IT/Aviation/Data Analytics).
• Internationally recognized professional qualifications (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIA, CPA, CIMA).
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.

Language Requirements:

• Proficiency in English is required.
